Working conditions
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Develop strong strategies to meet future recruitment needs;
- Build career development plans;
- To determine the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools;
- Regularly update with new data from internal databases;
- Perform and evaluate performance monitoring;
- Develop orientation and General Training material for new employees;
- Develop and monitor the organization's overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures;
- Vacancy announcements and placement; to hold meetings with persons who meet the requirements of the announced position;
- Inform staff where appropriate about assistance needs;
- Compile vacation schedules, keep records of energy supplies to employees, oversee appointment planning;
- Participate in obtaining travel documents, employees on business trips at the Enterprise;
- To prepare materials for bringing the case to financial and disciplinary responsibility;
- To increase labor productivity, to achieve high qualities at work;
- To inform the Management about the assistance in its powers and to influence the activities of other structural units;
- To take responsibility for the tasks given by the management.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant disciplines BSc, as a minimum;
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as audit;
- Experience and knowledge within area of responsibility;
- Strong communication skills;
- Quality and detail focused;
- Ability to identify potential issues/problems and apply effective solutions as required;
- Ability and flexibility in learning new things and deliver productive work on them;
- Must be able to work in accordance with contemporary human resources standards.
