Working conditions

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs;
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions;
  • Create and manage employee development plans, training programs, and performance reviews;
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention;
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and suggest improvements;
  • Support management with strategic planning and organizational development;
  • Location: AGA Business Center, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role;
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Professional working proficiency in English;
  • Ability to work independently and establish an HR department from scratch.
