Working conditions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs;
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions;
- Create and manage employee development plans, training programs, and performance reviews;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention;
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and suggest improvements;
- Support management with strategic planning and organizational development;
- Location: AGA Business Center, Baku, Azerbaijan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role;
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Professional working proficiency in English;
- Ability to work independently and establish an HR department from scratch.
