Working conditions

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals;
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires;
  • Establish and manage a performance evaluation and KPI system;
  • Maintain and improve employee relations by addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment;
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately;
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and address staffing needs;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role;
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
