Working conditions
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals;
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires;
- Establish and manage a performance evaluation and KPI system;
- Maintain and improve employee relations by addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment;
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately;
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and address staffing needs;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
