Working conditions

  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes while greeting guests in a warm and professional manner;
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience;
  • Provide detailed information about hotel services, promotions, room types, and special discounts;
  • Manage the reservation system, update guest information, and allocate rooms effectively;
  • Answer phone calls and coordinate with other departments as needed;
  • Prepare daily reports, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records;
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English languages;
  • Strong communication skills with a guest-focused attitude;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS and Electra PMS).
