Working conditions
- Supervise and lead the front office team to provide excellent guest service with a positive and welcoming attitude;
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth process for guests;
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a calm and helpful approach;
- Train, support, and motivate front office staff to achieve high performance;
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the front office;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction;
- Assist with reports, billing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Education: University diploma. A degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus;
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in front office roles, with 1 year in a supervisory position;
- Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio);
- Ability to handle guest issues and solve problems with a positive attitude;
- Organized and able to multitask effectively;
- Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
