O работе

  • Supervise and lead the front office team to provide excellent guest service with a positive and welcoming attitude;
  • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth process for guests;
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a calm and helpful approach;
  • Train, support, and motivate front office staff to achieve high performance;
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the front office;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Assist with reports, billing, and administrative tasks.

Требования

  • Education: University diploma. A degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus;
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in front office roles, with 1 year in a supervisory position;
  • Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio);
  • Ability to handle guest issues and solve problems with a positive attitude;
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively;
  • Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
