Working conditions

  • Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level;
  • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution;
  • Delivers on plans and objectives where front office initiatives & hotel targets are achieved;
  • Supervises the front office team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department;
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained;
  • Takes ownership to deliver an effective planned guest engagement program;
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required;
  • Working days: 5 days in a week, (08:00-17:00   13:00-22:00 - 22:00-08:00);
  • Bus service and meals are provided by the company;
  • Address: Sea Breeze Resort / Nardaran settlement.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with ability to handle and resolve guest complaints;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of front office or hotel experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Certifications in hospitality management or front office operations are a plus;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
