- Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level;
- Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution;
- Delivers on plans and objectives where front office initiatives & hotel targets are achieved;
- Supervises the front office team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department;
- Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained;
- Takes ownership to deliver an effective planned guest engagement program;
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required;
- Working days: 5 days in a week, (08:00-17:00 13:00-22:00 - 22:00-08:00);
- Bus service and meals are provided by the company;
- Address: Sea Breeze Resort / Nardaran settlement.
Требования
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Customer service-oriented mindset with ability to handle and resolve guest complaints;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of front office or hotel experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Certifications in hospitality management or front office operations are a plus;
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
