Working conditions
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate the procurement process, including raising quotations, analyzing quotations, and preparing tender and procurement documents;
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing, and track orders;
- Facilitate documentation delivery, obtain necessary signatures, scan, copy, and archive procurement documents efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible records;
- Support stock, inventory, and asset management, including counting and reporting;
- Expedite the delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams;
- Assist in preparing purchase orders within the company's ERP systems and track order progress, and supplier performance;
- Prepare bids for tenders, including all documentation, pricings, shipping and customs processes;
- Lunch is provided by the company;
- 5 days working week, from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Workplace: 32, Salyan Hwy, Baku.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Management, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is preferable;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- 2-3 years of experience in Foreign Procurement;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Capability to work independently and proactively contribute to team objectives;
