Working conditions
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, including corporate governance and compliance;
- Advise clients on labor law issues, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance;
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts;
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations;
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations;
- Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate law and labor law;
- Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law principles and practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
