Working conditions
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments;
- Control and monitor guest satisfaction to ensure high standards of service and resolve any issues promptly;
- Ensure exceptional guest service, managing and resolving guest complaints effectively;
- Supervise room assignments, room occupancy, and availability;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations;
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of service;
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements where needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience Room Division Manager;
- System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Opera Fidelio systems;
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Personality: Positive, approachable, and able to inspire a team.
