Working conditions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence;
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against objectives (ROI and KPI);
- Identify trends and insights, optimize costs and performance based on insights;
- Brainstorm new and creative development strategies;
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
- Leverage strong analytical capability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints;
- Define tool conversion points and optimize user funnels;
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
- Provide thought leadership and perspective to evaluate emerging technologies, adopt as needed.
Requirements
- Education: BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field;
- Experience: Proven work experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics and tag management tools (eg Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity);
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
