Working conditions
- Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring top-level service and client satisfaction;
- Coordinate and supervise the internal client service team of 4 members, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency;
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Strategy Director to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget;
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders;
- Oversee client meetings, presentations, and proposals to ensure alignment and client approval;
- Ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables across all projects;
- Provide accurate budget estimates in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring financial alignment;
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services within an advertising agency, at least 2 in a managerial position;
- Proficient in Azerbaijani and English (C1 level). Russian is a plus;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Two reference letters or contacts are required to verify previous work experience.
