Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring top-level service and client satisfaction;
Coordinate and supervise the internal client service team of 4 members, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency;
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Strategy Director to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget;
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders;
Oversee client meetings, presentations, and proposals to ensure alignment and client approval;
Ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables across all projects;
Provide accurate budget estimates in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring financial alignment;
Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services within an advertising agency, at least 2 in a managerial position;
Proficient in Azerbaijani and English (C1 level). Russian is a plus;
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
Two reference letters or contacts are required to verify previous work experience.
