- Create and execute awesome sales strategies to hit and exceed our goals;

- Present sales reports to our leadership team;
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure our sales strategies are on point;
- Represent us at industry events and trade shows, networking like a pro and promoting our products/services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (industry doesn't matter, experience in digital marketing are welcome);
- Exceptional communication, and negotiation skills;
- Strong understanding of sales principles and a knack for customer service;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
- Experience with CRM software (or Excel);
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
- A team player who can also work independently;
- Results-driven with a track record of smashing sales targets;
- 1+ years of experience in Sales;
- Native or bilingual in Russian.
