Working conditions
- Maintain HR database in Excel and 1C programs and regularly update information about employees;
- To answer all HR inquiries and questions raised by employees;
- Recording into the electronic system (ƏMAS) information on acceptance, termination and changes into employment;
- Participate in recruitment and selection process, working closely with all departments in order to attract high-level candidates;
- Ensure that the recruitment process is carried out in accordance with the company's recruitment policy;
- To maintain the company’s CV base;
- To analyze, evaluate and coordinate issues related to HR activities with the direct manager;
- Handling HR bookkeeping;
- Ensure that new employees are properly trained before starting work and familiar with the company's employees and processes;
- To register vacations and control the use of vacations according to planning;
- To ensure the insurance of employees in accordance with the legislation and internal rules of the company;
- Participate in the settlement of conflicts and disputes arising during labor relations;
- To coordinate cooperation with suppliers providing HR services to the company;
- To carry out the administrative and office work, such as:
- Work with internal documentation, incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Reception and distribution of incoming and outgoing calls;
- Formation of postal items, interaction with courier services;
- Prompt and high-quality search for the necessary information at the request of the manager;
- Preparation and organization of meetings, business trips and events.
- Travel support: booking tickets, hotels, transfers, thinking through logistics;
- Carrying out various instructions from the manager;
- Interaction with teams and department heads;
- Meal allowance;

- Corporate mobile communications within the determined limit;
- Reimbursement of car wash costs;
- Monthly based salary to be defined at competitive high level;
- Annual bonus up to 15%.
Requirements
- Work experience in Human Resources and Accounting;
- Secondary qualification or higher education;
- Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
- Ability to work on the 1C program;
- Excellent knowledge of existing labor legislation;
- Ability to work with the EMAS system at a high level;
- Ability to negotiate, resolve and manage conflicts;
- Strong oral and written knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
