Fulfillment of the store's sales plan (by revenue, by product groups);
Planning the implementation of the sales plan by month according to the PCT;
Increasing the depth and width of the check (offering related products/services);
Adaptation of personnel (mentoring, filling in: adaptation sheet, checklist);
PCT oversight of regular continuing education in SEED and approved training (full-time education and LMS);
Identification of the need for staff training and application for the organization of a training event;
Participation in the development of staff motivation (development of the KPI system, non-material incentive system);
Personnel development.

Experience in retail as a store shift manager (admin of store)- 1-2 years or senior sales consultant- 3 years;
Experience in sales - in stores selling technics - required;
Good communication skills, competent speech;
Knowledge of Apple products will be your big plus;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
Knowledge of English is welcome.
