  • Manage the preparation, review, and maintenance of all sales-related documentation, including contracts, certificates, regulatory compliance records, and related files;
  • Coordinate and oversee product certification processes to ensure adherence to both domestic and international regulatory requirements;
  • Support Sales Managers by tracking and monitoring contract execution, ensuring all deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timelines and terms;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, and Operations teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment throughout the sales cycle;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, certifications, and contract updates within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;
  • Proactively identify and resolve any administrative or operational issues that may arise during the sales process, minimizing disruptions and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Assist in the preparation and management of contract renewals, amendments, and compliance audits, ensuring all documents are current and meet legal requirements.

Tələblər

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related administrative role, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or export-oriented environment;
  • Strong knowledge of sales documentation procedures, contract management, and certification processes, particularly in a global trade context;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented approach;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate across; departments and manage stakeholder relationships;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, and document management software is highly desirable;
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and export compliance standards is a plus.
