  • Coordinating with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotion of building materials;
  • Preparing and submitting sales reports to management;
  • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of building materials;
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials;
  • Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that arise;
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities;
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
