Working conditions
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business;
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers;
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers;
- Coordinating with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotion of building materials;
- Preparing and submitting sales reports to management;
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of building materials;
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers;
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials;
- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures;
- Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that arise;
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities;
- Managing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
