Conducting market research to analyze market potential & product portfolio perspectives;
Promote new and campaigned products’, realization and raising awareness within current and potential customers (PMP preparation, Team-building events, Game-based learning, Diagnostics);
In cooperation with Develor International developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and increase loyalty from existing customers;
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones;
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies;
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns;
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective sales strategies;
Organize Develor offline and online events with full responsibility;
Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure;
Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to current customers as well as new ones;
Support the development of long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness or increasing market share;
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns;
Determining which methods of advertising are most effective for the company based on cost, reach, and return on investment;
Promote a Develor brand through networking.
