Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
Analyze the indicators of commercial and sales activities to determine the effectiveness of the company's sales process;
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
Manage the development and implementation of advertising campaigns for all of products and services of the company;
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
Develop the current marketing situation and generate leads for the business;
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment;
Be pushy and persistent in achieving marketing goals and targets;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals;
Possess technical knowledge to build and train teams, conduct research, and guide continuous improvement;
Report to top management on marketing budget and team performance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in digital marketing;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is a plus;
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is a plus;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
Highly organized with strong project management skills;
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions;
Smart, proactive, and persistent in achieving goals;
Ability to multitask and manage several digital projects and teams simultaneously;
Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
