- Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and inputs from sales and marketing teams;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commerce teams to understand demand drivers and incorporate market intelligence into forecasts;
- Create and maintain demand planning models and tools to support the forecasting process;
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment of stock;
- Analyze inventory flow and identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs;
- Generate reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and other key metrics to support decision-making;
- Implement inventory strategies to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations;
- Continuously improve forecasting and planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency;
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact demand forecasts.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving;
- English-intermediate, Russian-fluent.
