- Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing accounts, and closing sales;
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts;
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and group bookings;
- Communicate with various departments (e.g., catering, operations) to ensure seamless event execution;
- Manage event logistics, including room setups, and catering;
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
- Manage sales reports, data entry, and documentation;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions;
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences;
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred;
- Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry is a plus;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary;
- Customer service orientation;
- Detail-oriented and proactive;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
