  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing accounts, and closing sales;
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts;
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and group bookings;
  • Communicate with various departments (e.g., catering, operations) to ensure seamless event execution;
  • Manage event logistics, including room setups, and catering;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
  • Manage sales reports, data entry, and documentation;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions;
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets;
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Требования

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred;
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Detail-oriented and proactive;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
