İş haqqında məlumat

  • Create surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels;
  • Analyse engagement survey results and help to create and implement action plans based on findings;
  • Examine exit interviews of departing employees to gather information about reason of leave and how to improve retention rates;
  • Evaluate the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction;
  • Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods;
  • Develop agenda to enhance employee – centric workplace culture through diversified initiatives (employee happiness/wellbeing, recognition and etc);
  • Work closely with Learning and Development team to create a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
  • Support the development of culture playbook through diversified means, tools, communication channels;
  • Living agenda of Employer Value Propositions through internal and external events;
  • Gather of employee experience and engagement data and dashboard.

Tələblər

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, Marketing or Psychology; 
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget and at a high quality. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills;
  • Experience in application of electronic communications technologies to achieve transformative employee engagement;  
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to influence by adopting a range of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience and objective;
  • Proven commitment to providing the highest level of customer service;  
  • Excellent presentation skills; 
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to interface with the business;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
  • Experience in Employer branding, employee engagement and communication is a privilege;
  • Languages : Azerbaijani and English - fluent;
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
