O работе
- Create surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels;
- Analyse engagement survey results and help to create and implement action plans based on findings;
- Examine exit interviews of departing employees to gather information about reason of leave and how to improve retention rates;
- Evaluate the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction;
- Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods;
- Develop agenda to enhance employee – centric workplace culture through diversified initiatives (employee happiness/wellbeing, recognition and etc);
- Work closely with Learning and Development team to create a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
- Support the development of culture playbook through diversified means, tools, communication channels;
- Living agenda of Employer Value Propositions through internal and external events;
- Gather of employee experience and engagement data and dashboard.
Требования
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, Marketing or Psychology;
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget and at a high quality.
- Excellent writing and editing skills;
- Experience in application of electronic communications technologies to achieve transformative employee engagement;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to influence by adopting a range of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience and objective;
- Proven commitment to providing the highest level of customer service;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to interface with the business;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in Employer branding, employee engagement and communication is a privilege;
- Languages : Azerbaijani and English - fluent;
- Good knowledge of MS office.
