- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued;
- To handle all customer requests in the channel, provide proper information, and fulfill all customer requests with high-quality service;
- Register properly contact reason and support in fixing customer issues;
- Reach the KPİs assigned by the management;
- Manage inbound/outbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues;
- Go the extra mile to build and maintain a positive trust relationship with the customer;
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures;
- Carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management.
Tələblər
- Secondary or higher education;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian – advanced; English – basic;
- Customer-oriented & Team player;
- Flexibility.
