Develop and execute projects in line with Corporate strategy and goals;
Follow and make global benchmark to adopt to Azerbaijani market and launch new innovative projects;
Manage end-to-end product/project life-cycle starting from ideation ending with post-launch tracking;
Create Business cases and align with all relevant stakeholder;
Analyze sales data to measure effectiveness and provide data to make data-driven decisions;
Work on sales channels improvement together with relevant stakeholders (create/adjust bonus scheme, etc.);
Work on communication of product/project with relevant stakeholder;
Execute operations related to product/project working on;
Prepare and track weekly/ monthly reports;
Continually learn and experiment to ensure commercial success.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Telecommunications, Marketing;
Business Development, Product Development, Digital and Innovation, Marketing, Partnership;
Min 2 years of work experience in Business development, Product Development, Innovations and Partnership;
Languages: Azeri, English– advanced, Russian – upper intermediate;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPTX);
Progressive experience in business development, product development/planning and implementation;
Strong ability to track local and global benchmarks;
Critical strategic and creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills;
Strong communicator with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
Cross-functional collaboration with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group, and recognizes the importance of solid relationships;
Strong initiative and ability to drive results;
Strong attention to details;
