Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred;
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance;
ACCA and/or PMS qualification is a plus;
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
Fluency in both oral and written Russian and English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Manage daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities;
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies;
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency;
Monitor financial transactions and recommend improvements to financial processes;
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance;
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review;
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities;
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation;
Open to positive and constructive feedback;
Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Creative thinker, able to come up with new ideas and solutions.
