- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance;
- ACCA and/or PMS qualification is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
- Fluency in both oral and written Russian and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Требования
- Manage daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities;
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies;
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency;
- Monitor financial transactions and recommend improvements to financial processes;
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance;
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review;
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities;
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation;
- Open to positive and constructive feedback;
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Creative thinker, able to come up with new ideas and solutions.
