O работе

  • Preparation and submission of all statutory reports in accordance with the tax obligations of the clients;
  • Manage all Bank and Cash Transactions, day-to-day book keeping -preparing payment orders, expense reports and other related documents; 
  • Input accounting entries to accounting software (1C, SAP); 
  • Payroll preparation; 
  • Preparation of management reports as required; 
  • Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities;
  • Perform GL reconciliations; 
  • Preparation of client invoices; 
  • Timely respond any clients’ tax and accounting queries;
  • Support month-end and year-end close process;
  • Supervise and lead junior staff;
  • Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement.

Требования

  • University degree in Finance , Accounting and/or other related business disciplines; 
  • Understanding of Azerbaijan Tax regulations  and labor and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced level on Excel);
  • Good knowledge of 1 C (other accounting software is an advantage);
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed is required;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Professional qualifications is an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS (Peşəkar Mühasib Sertifikatı);
  • Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
  • Problem-solving and decision- making skills;
