O работе
- Preparation and submission of all statutory reports in accordance with the tax obligations of the clients;
- Manage all Bank and Cash Transactions, day-to-day book keeping -preparing payment orders, expense reports and other related documents;
- Input accounting entries to accounting software (1C, SAP);
- Payroll preparation;
- Preparation of management reports as required;
- Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities;
- Perform GL reconciliations;
- Preparation of client invoices;
- Timely respond any clients’ tax and accounting queries;
- Support month-end and year-end close process;
- Supervise and lead junior staff;
- Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement.
Требования
- University degree in Finance , Accounting and/or other related business disciplines;
- Understanding of Azerbaijan Tax regulations and labor and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced level on Excel);
- Good knowledge of 1 C (other accounting software is an advantage);
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed is required;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Professional qualifications is an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS (Peşəkar Mühasib Sertifikatı);
- Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
- Problem-solving and decision- making skills;
