O работе
- Carry out duties on various tax issues of clients
- Maintenance of accounting processes and general ledger;
- Control over the preparation and submission of all statutory reports;
- Follow up AR/AP accounts, relevant reconcilation and statury reporting ;
- Monitoring the calculation of all taxes related to payroll ;
- Input all transactions in accounting software (1C)
- Reconciliation of general ledger balance accounts with sub-ledger ;
- Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities ;
- Manage month-end and year-end close process ;
- Preparation of management / internal reports as required ;
- Preparation regular reports in accordance with IFRS as needed ;
- Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement ;
- Supervise junior staff .
Требования
- University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business disciplines ;
- Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations
- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting procedures and principles ;
- Strong knowledge of 1 C (other accounting software is an advantage) ;
- 3-4 years of work experience in the related filed is required ;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English languages (knowledge of the Russian is desirable);
- Professional qualification/ certificates is an advantage (such as ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR, Certificate of a Professional Accountant, PMS (Peşəkar Mühasib Sertifikatı);
- Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced Excel is a must) ;
- Good team player;
- Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
