Annual Recruitment Plan preparation;
Preparation of recruitment related budget and provision;
Conducting recruitment processes (JD preparation, Job Announcement, interview processes, employee selection, security and reference check);
Preparation of recruitment related reports;
Local and Expatriate Talent search based company strategy Initiatives;
Employee Onboarding processes (Inductions, 3 months orientation processes follow-up, Probation period assessment);

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management and similar fields;
Be fluent in English and Russian;
Must have advance level of Microsoft office skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Power Point;
Good communication skills;
International certificate in Human Resources field (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred;
Experience in a production company is a strong preference;
