O работе

  • Execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the short term and long term goals;
  • Dealing with daily reguests, tourists, & company local operations;
  • Work on sales channels development and sustainable growth of the organization;
  • Build relation with local industry players to maintain sustainable business growth;
  • Taking part in business related national and international events, B2B meetings, representing company profile;
  • Regular meetings with industry related units;
  • Product development – working over new offers to attract tourists;
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth;
  • Enhance the team to overperform and extend the borders of possibilities;
  • Monthly reporting to company director on the KPI achievement  and future plans;
  • Assist with the development of destination marketing strategies and cooperative marketing opportunities in conjunction with the incoming and commercial managers;
  • In time dealing with requests.

Требования

  • Command of English, Russian;
  • 28+ years old;
  • Proven experience in tourism industry at least 2 years;
  • Experience in service, sales, front office;
  • Local market knowledge, good network;
  • Open to business  trips;
  • Computer literacy;
  • References from the previous employment needed;
  • Disciplined person with commitment and focus to the work done;
  • Servise mindset, ability to work independently;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Mobile to travel;
  • Open minded and ready to changes;
  • Ability to take the responsibility.
