- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases;
- Participate in organizing and executing employer branding initiatives and career fairs;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs for new hires;
- Support the HR team in designing and delivering employee engagement activities;
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements in HR practices;
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their talent needs and help in drafting job descriptions;
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR department;
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals;

Требования
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian;
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition and employee experience;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems;
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
