O работе
- To receive visitors at the reception desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- To receive and re-direct all telephone calls as appropriate and taking messages when required;
- To manage correspondence and communications by telephone, fax and email;
- To register and manage company guests and visitors;
- To arrange necessary access card for company visitors;
- To manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture;
- To document Flow;
- To reception and common area;
- To manage meeting room availability;
- Other responsibilities;
- To provision of reports and documentation.
Требования
- Bachelor degree;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both writing and speaking);
- Strong interpersonal skills, being a team player;
- Customer focused, proactive and good understanding of Company strategy and business model;
- Professional attitude and appearance/Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
- Punctual with strong attendance history;
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Good telephone communication etiquette;
- Organized and resourceful.
