- Assist in various communications to the employees on available training opportunities and provide necessary information;
- Assisting in the execution of various L&D projects aligned with organizational goals;
- Acting as a key contributor driving the expansion and promotion of the corporate academy externally;
- Driving communication with stakeholders to facilitate the transition and promotion of corporate academy to external market;
- Collaborating with internal trainers on communication strategies for corporate academy external presence;
- Supporting in development of high-quality materials tailored for training programs;
- Engaging in market research, working closely on crafting syllabus that align with market needs and expectation;
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from program participants through surveys, with the objective to drive improvements;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
- To keep the confidentiality of the company data;

Требования
- Preferably Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration bachelor degree (or related area);
- Developing and delivering learning solutions with proven results;
- Ability to program manage multiple programs simultaneously;
- Experience in the HR sphere up to 1 year; learning development experience is preferred;
- Prior experience in training academies, with a background as a training coordinator or project team member is preferred;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani – advanced, English – upper-intermediate level;
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Certificate of HRCI is an advantage;
- Project Management knowledge and experience is advantage;
- Logical and analytical thinking
