O работе

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues;
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources;
Update customer data and produce activity reports;
Walk customers through problem solving process;
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution;
Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations;
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure;
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements;
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services;
Ensures that all network systems are functioning and communicating properly;
Systems include server hardware, server software, firewalls, routers, network switches, VPNs, cabling, wireless, phone systems, security devices, etc;
Maintain system efficiency;
Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together;
Troubleshoot problems reported by users;
Make recommendations for future upgrades;
Analyze and isolate issues;
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users;
Identify user needs;
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations;
Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers;
Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science;
At least 1 years of work experience in relevant field;
Foreign Language: English, Russian;
Microsoft/Linux/Cisco Certification is an advantage;
Understanding of networking protocols & procedures;
Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols;
Technical expertise in server, network, virtualization, and peripheral device maintenance, installation, and management;
A good sense of responsibility;
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
