O работе

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues;
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources;
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports;
  • Walk customers through problem solving process;
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution;
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations;
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure;
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements;
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services;
  • Ensures that all network systems are functioning and communicating properly;
  • Systems include server hardware, server software, firewalls, routers, network switches, VPNs, cabling, wireless, phone systems, security devices, etc;
  • Maintain system efficiency;
  • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together;
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users;
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades;
  • Analyze and isolate issues;
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users;
  • Identify user needs;
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations;
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Требования

  • Education:  Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science;
  • At least 1 years of work experience in relevant field;
  • Foreign Language: English, Russian;
  • Microsoft/Linux/Cisco Certification is an advantage;
  • Understanding of networking protocols & procedures;
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols;
  • Technical expertise in server, network, virtualization, and peripheral device maintenance, installation, and management;
  • A good sense of responsibility;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
