- Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for projects;
- Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Report and escalate issues to management;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00.
Требования
- 3+ years of experience in project management;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
- PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA certification is a plus;
- Fluent in Azeri and English (both verbal and written);
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
