O работе
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business;
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction;
- Partners with function leaders to design organizational structure, job roles to drive business unit performance;
- Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization;
- Manage rewarding activities of the function, including compensation review process, ensuring grade and budget adherence;
- Facilitate annual performance cycle, succession and development planning, ensuring follow-up programs are delivered;
- Align organizational workforce plans with Talent Acquisition planning processes;
- Develop specific dashboards or scorecards displaying key, relevant HR data;
- 5/2, 09.00-18.00;

Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or other related field;
- Professional certificate (CIPD, PHRi, SHRM) is an advantage;
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially in organizational development, change management, and employee relations;
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices;
- Advanced level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills;
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
