O работе

  • Assists the CHRO in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to align with overall business goals;
  • Oversees HR operations and ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies;
  • Manages the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes;
  • Conducts regular audits to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of HR processes, systems, and data;
  • Creates a positive work environment by enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction;
  • Resolves employee concerns and conflicts by providing timely and fair solutions;
  • Prepares HR reports and analytics to track key performance indicators;
  • Stays informed about updates in labor legislation and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks;
  • Executes additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, coordinating with relevant departments;
  • Strictly adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe and healthy work environment for all team members;
  • Monitors the team's performance management process, including setting goals and objectives and organizing performance evaluations;
  • Location: Yalama Agropark LLC, Khachmaz District.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field is desirable;
  • 5-6 years of work experience in the related area;
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani and English, proficiency in Russian is preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in working with HRIS / 1C / SAP being desirable;
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, principles, and employment law;
  • Excellent communication and business relationship-building skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members, and strong management skills to achieve departmental or divisional goals.
