Your responsibilities as a Contact Centre Representative:
To answer customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
To make necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on customers’ inquiries;
To treat customers in a polite and patient manner;
To register properly contact reasons and complaints;
To maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Higher or professional Education;
Ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of Ms. Office programs;
Azerbaijani and Russian language knowledge– Fluent.
