  • As the Contact Centre Representative, you are required to answer incoming calls, provide proper information and fulfill all customer requests with high-quality service.
  • Division: Customer and Digital Care Division
  • Working schedule: Shift
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Your responsibilities as a Contact Centre Representative:
  • To answer customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
  • To make necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on customers’ inquiries;
  • To treat customers in a polite and patient manner;
  • To register properly contact reasons and complaints;
  • To maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Tələblər

  • Higher or professional Education;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Communication skills;
  • Prompt;
  • Knowledge of Ms. Office programs;
  • Azerbaijani and Russian language knowledge– Fluent.
