- As the Contact Centre Representative, you are required to answer incoming calls, provide proper information and fulfill all customer requests with high-quality service.

- Working schedule: Shift
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Your responsibilities as a Contact Centre Representative:
- To answer customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
- To make necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on customers’ inquiries;
- To treat customers in a polite and patient manner;
- To register properly contact reasons and complaints;
- To maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Требования
- Higher or professional Education;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Communication skills;
- Prompt;
- Knowledge of Ms. Office programs;
- Azerbaijani and Russian language knowledge– Fluent.
