Working conditions
- Control company general and technical warehouse stocks, issue Material Request (MR), and receive ordered materials;
- Registration of company stock movement in ERP system and warehouse registers;
- Ensure utilized materials and services registered in ERP system (creating ROG) as per warehouse and procurement procedure;
- Ensure write off expenses executed in ERP system in weekly and monthly basis and make sure received materials reconcile with outgoing quantity;
- Complete paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory;
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies;
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or overstock situations;
- Allocate goods and maintain warehouse housekeeping;
- Reconcile ordered items with delivered ones in accordance with Purchase Order;
- Reconcile warehouse/stock balance with the Accounting Department;
- Assist the Procurement Department in generating requisitions forms;
- Following all departure materials deliver to company bases, Unload materials from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently;
- Collaborate with the Workshop team regarding equipment maintenance related activities
- Report any damage/failure in assets to management;

Requirements
- Relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of spare parts/materials;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Operational level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
