Working conditions
- Presenting the menu and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies);
- Informing customers about the day’s specials;
- Offering menu recommendations upon request;
- Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff;
- Delivering checks, collecting bill payments, and ensuring that the correct amount has been paid;
- Providing excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Waiter;
- Attentiveness and patience with customers;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Active listening and effective communication skills;
- Flexibility to work in shifts;
- Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and/or Russian.
