Working conditions
- Lead visual merchandising for the Sport and Luxury Divisions, aligning with brand objectives and division-specific needs;
- Oversee VM teams and coordinate with Marketing, Retail, and Buying to plan and implement monthly and seasonal displays;
- Regularly review store performance in terms of visual merchandising, suggesting improvements and making data-driven adjustments to boost sales;
- Ensure engaging sports displays and high-end luxury presentations, tailored to each division's standards;
- Train VM teams and store staff to maintain consistent visual standards across both divisions;
- Quickly update displays for new arrivals, promotions, and key launches;
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor strategies to enhance merchandising tactics;
- Monitor display performance and adjust based on sales data and feedback;
- Manage VM projects, timelines, and budgets for both divisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, with expertise in both the sports and luxury retail sectors;
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends in both divisions;
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects;
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-end luxury designs and dynamic, performance-driven sports displays;
- Proficient in managing budgets and timelines for visual merchandising projects in a fast-paced environment.
