Working conditions

Generating creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions based on briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences;
Designing graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity;
Optimizing images for various media formats and resolutions;
Staying updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance skill sets;
Experimenting with new techniques, software, and design trends to push creative boundaries and deliver innovative solutions;
Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs and making revisions as requested;
A spacious office located in the city center;
Lunch provided by the company;
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5/2.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design;
A portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects (branding, digital, websites, promotional products, presentations);
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
Knowledge of Figma and After Effects is a significant advantage;
Experience with both print and digital media;
Proficiency with techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work;
Initiative and creativity;
A bachelor's degree or higher education;
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Time management and organizational skills;
A team player with enthusiasm;
Proficiency in Azerbaijani is a must; English and Russian are an advantage;
