Working conditions

  • Processing invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures;
  • Sending electronic receipts and tax invoices;
  • Record, classify, and summarize accounting transactions to compile various documents and verify their accuracy;
  • Correspondence with clients (Call-Offs, contracts, overdue invoices, sign acts);
  • Preparation and processing of bank and cash payment orders;
  • Control of cash flow and bank balances;
  • Preparation of monthly salary calculations;
  • Ensure the correctness, reliability and relevance of account balances in software (1C);
  • Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Tax Compliance Senior;
  • Employment type: Full Time;
  • Location: Head office, Bridge Plaza, Baku;
  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
  • Working schedule: 5/2.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Economics;
  • At least 3 year related experience in accounting or finance;
  • Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, knowledge of English is an added advantage;
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook;
  • Well conversant with use of ERPs (1C, QuickBooks, Odoo);
  • Ability to work with the electronic government portal;
  • Understanding of accounting principles;
  • Excellent communication, writing and time management skills;
  • Good organizational, planning and reporting skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline;
  • Personal ethics and integrity.
