Working conditions

  • Responsible for organizing and managing sections in the store;
  • Providing a high level of service in the store;
  • Control of all processes for accounting of inventory items in the store;
  • Analysis of the economic performance of the store;
  • Participation in active sales, work with clients on the trading floor;
  • Control of cash discipline;
  • Organization of display of goods;
  • Conducting inventories;
  • Manage HR needs (Training, New Hires, Internal Potential, Schedules and Vacations);
  • Work schedule: 6 day;
  • Workplace: Ganjlik Mall, Daniz Mall.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years - 5 years;
  • Knowledge of the rules for organizing the customer service process, customer service standards, the sales system;
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to think "out of the box";
  • Energetic and enthusiastic;
  • Knowledge of the procedure for accounting for goods;
  • Knowledge of cash discipline;
  • Knowledge of personnel management methods, personnel motivation;
  • Excellent knowledge of PC (Word, Excel);
  • Competent speech, fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
  • High level of development of organizational skills, leadership, communication skills, responsibility, focus on results.
